Hi,
I’m having an issue with the button image for payment not displaying as attended. I have provided a different button image URL and the desired button image shows under “Current Button Image” – however, this button image does not show during the registration process and instead the old button image shows. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, could you ensure that you are using a full URL including http in the button URL? Also, are you saving after selecting the updated image via the payment methods page?

Yes, a full URL is being used and I am saving after selecting the updated image.

Hi,
Have you tested your site on a different browser or cleared an browser/site cache? It might just be that the image is “saved” in your browser, especially if the PayPal Settings save ok.

Hi,
I have tested this on multiple different browsers and cleared my cache. This does not resolve the issue.
