Hello, I have a trouble with my ticket sales. When I sell a ticket at 11:00, and it is 11:15, it doesn’t sell it because it’s too early. It will be available at 12:00. The same applies to sale end.
I tried to check server time, which is fine, and it looks like sometimes EE does have the good time and is not 1 hour late like in the ticket selector …
the only one plugin which may have that kind of function is Gravity Form, and I didn’t find any parameter for timezone in it’s configuration.
Also, I tried var_dump on the date_default_timezone_set in EE core, just before the date from DB (which is fine) as a DateTime object, is cast as a string, and the timezone was the default one.
Could you let us know if you are using a city/region near you in WP-admin –> General Settings?
My other question is what happens if you create a new test event via the event editor. Does the time appear correct there or is it also incorrect?
