We recently noticed that the box for the promo code on the checkout screen wasn’t visible (no outline shows) so to a new event guest it looks like there isn’t a place to enter it and most hit the Enter Promo Code button without entering a code. We thought it may be due to coding on our old site but we have since migrated and it is still not visible.
Please advise ASAP.

The promotion code input field has an outline, is that not what you are expecting?

That’s not what I see UNLESS I hover or click on the area that should have the outline.

You can first try clearing your browser’s cache, if that does not restore the border of the promo code field, you can open up your theme’s style.css file and make some edits that are outlined in this screenshot.
Right now, the border color for all inputs on your site are set to be white. Since your site uses a white background color, unless otherwise set later in a CSS file, the inputs will have a white border on a white background and therefore will not be visible.
