I bought the license but when I login to my account with my email id, I am NOT seeing the renewed licenses.
I have already lost a week of not being able to use the plugin as I did not get the keys.

How are you today?
I’m unsure why your account was not properly configured but I’ve manually updated your account so you should have the access you need. I’ve also set your expiration date to set 12 months from now, not when you purchased so you are not penalized for the time. I hope that helps, let me know if I can do anything else for you.
