Hi Marcio,

You can add fields for Payee Information to a custom “Payee Information” question group by adding new questions to a new group in the Event Espresso > Registration forms editor. You can set the question group order to #1 so it appears first.

After you set up the Payee Information group, you’ll check the box for in under “Questions for the Primary Registrant” in the event editor. This way it will only appear once in the registration form.

Josh, I think you didn’t see my screenshot closely. I know what you mean. But i need different thing.

1 . I need a separate Billing form not inside Attendee1 or Attendee2 fieldset.

OR

2 . Its also fine if the billing form is on payment page

Hi Marcio,

Registration checkout (step 2 – payment options) is part of the core plugin and cannot be customized as shown in your screenshot.

Hi Marcio,

A separate billing contact cannot currently be created. In Event Espresso, the primary registrant is considered to be the person paying.

We do have a feature request to introduce collecting information for the person paying (separate from the primary registrant). Could you share some feedback on the type of event that you are hosting so I can add information to that discussion?

For example, is this a conference?

Hi Marcio,

I turns out I did take a close look at your screenshot, understood it, and gave you a recommendation based on what’s currently possible.

So to be clear, you can add fields for payee info within the attendee 1 fieldset. That’s what EE 4 is capable of at the moment.

Hi Lorenzo,

please check this screenshot and can you tell me from where the billing info will show ? I tried paypal payment and still it was blank.

Your answer : our system most of the cases company owner pay to join a course for his employees. so the person is paying is not attendee. in this system the payee must be attendee which is not possible.

It turns out the system does not require that the payee must be an attendee. You can capture payee information along with attendee information on the registration form.
