Hi
Is there a way that we can export all of the transaction invoices in bulk for a certain event? We need to hold these on file and not just on the system so wondered if there is a way we can do it for the whole event registrations or whether we have to download each as an individual PDF?
I know there is a similiar post from 2017 an i wonder if there is a solution today.
Please advise.

Hi There,
The PDF invoices are just a formatted representation of data. So, if you wanted to have a record of all the data in PDF format, you could (or would) have to download all the PDF invoices individually. But what’s better is just downloading the registration data as a CSV file then all the data is in one file, just in the CSV format.
So, unless you are required to keep all data in a PDF format, then I’d recommend just storing the data in a csv file which is really easy to get and store.
