Hello – I am using EE Version 4.8.43 and am having an issue with emails going to spam that are sent as a batch email to all event attendees.
All emails in regards to registration and payment confirmation are going through to the inbox okay, but when we send out a batch to all attendees (max 18 attendees) about 80% are going straight to the recipients spam folder.
Also, ask your recipients to mark those earlier emails as not spam through their email clients.
