We would like to use barcode scanners with a laptop on multiple events at the same time. I have seen this post but wondered if there is a way now to choose “all events” now like the mobile app version?
Also would two scanners into one laptop work?

Not with the barcode scanner add-on, you need to select an event to scan for, if you need to be able to scan for all event you would need to use the app.
Also would two scanners into one laptop work?
Barcode scanners essentially act like a keyboard (keyboard wedge) which means when you scan a barcode it scans, decodes the values and then sends them to your PC in the same way a keyboard would.
(There are other modes to barcode scanners, but generally the above is what most people use)
So, knowing that your barcode scanner is basically a keyboard, you’re asking if your laptop could work with two keyboards. Technically the answer is yes, but it’s going to be a nightmare managing it, you’ll need to make sure the correct field is selected for each scan and both cant not scan at the same time.
