Hi, |
Hi there, You can use the EE4 Ticketing Apps: |
Thanks, I get this message on the iPad: |
Are you logging in as an Administrator and still getting that same error? If so there is an error server side or an issue with a security plugin, we have some documentation on how to fix it here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#troubleshooting |

Hi, # Begin Custom htaccess And disabled the SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin, but it still wont work. |
I have tried on Android and get a different message: Connection error. Unable to load data. Thanks |
Hmm, ok, would you mind if I take a look? I’ll need some login details I can use in the app so I capture the request and see if anything stands out, if that’s ok, you can send login details using: |

Done, thanks Tony. |

Hi Tony, |
My apologies for the delay, Will. I’ve just been looking at your site as your replied and it looks like the login details aren’t valid. I’m getting all of the expected responses from the site, but the creds appear invalid. If I try to log onto the site itself, I also get login failed. Can you recheck those credentials, please? |
Hi Tony, |
Thank you, I was able to log in, the first creds missed the last char from the password. However, the app is working fine for me and on reviewing all of the requests/responses from the app/your site everything appears to be working correctly (I’m an Android user and don’t own an apple device I can test with). Is that the same account you are logging in with? When do you get the above error on the app? I’ve just logged in with the app, listed your 2 events, entered the Anual Conference event and then listed all your attendees to confirm authentication (if there was an issue with the authentication request events may still display as they are publically available, attendees are not) |

Thanks Tony. |
Ah, ok. I’m glad you figured it out. Just to note for any future readers of this thread, your eventespresso.com credentials will only ever be used here at eventespresso.com. Anything to do with your site, including the apps or any add-ons etc are installed on your own site will use your sites credentials. We dont have any access to the event/registration data on your site and do not ‘tunnel’ any traffic/data through ourselves to you. |
