Bad Syntax Error on App

I’ve been using the EE App with no problems on my iPhone up until a few days ago. Now, when I try to open the app, it says “error occurred – the request cannot be fulfilled due to bad syntax.” From there it says “no records found.” I’ve tried reinstalling and resetting my wi-fi. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the response and link. I had checked there, but didn’t see anything like my error. I updated my hosting site to the newer PHP version and that fixed the problem. Thanks again.
