Automatic update not working. Have requested help numerous times with no reply.

You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Hello Julie,

I have changed your licence key, please remove the current one from your site and save the options. Then visit your Event Espresso account page here and copy the new key and add it into your site and save.
