Automatic E-Mail with pdf ticket

Hi,

i wasnt able to setup the following:

customer buys some tickets. payment type EFT/Check

after updating the payment status manually to complete an email should automatic be send to the customer with the pdf ticket as attachement.

how can i realise that?

Hello Wolfgang,

The ticketing system doesnt produce the file to attach. What it does is provide a link to your site where the ticket is dynamically generated and can be viewed, printed, or shown as a PDF which can be downloaded.

You can add the [ticket_link] shortcode to your emails to enable the users to get to their tickets.
