I would like to know if the Automated Upcoming Event Notifications plugin allows for me to select between different attendee registration status types?
For instance we want to be able to choose to include or not include the our “abandoned” attendees or does this only notify the registrations that are paid in full? We have many attendees who are in the “pending payment” status until they bring a check at the door. Would they be notified?

Hi there,
Currently, the add-on will only pull in registrations with a status of ‘Approved’.
The transaction status (You mentioned ‘abandoned’ whish is a transaction status and I’m not sure if you are referring to a status, but thought it worth clarifying anyway) doesn’t matter, only the registration status so anything other than Approved will be ignored.
Originally we designed the add-on purely for event reminders which would be for registrants confirmed to be attending (Approved registrations) but we’ve now had a couple of requests to include pending payment registrations.
I’ve created to investigate adding a filter for this but including pending payment registrations will essentially include all registrations made on an event and the wording of the templates implies the user has access to the event meaning you may end up with a bunch of questions from pending payment users.
The solution to that would be to alter the templates on your site when using additional statues but I just want to confirm you are aware that your basically going to include pretty much every registration in these reminders if you do this?
