Automated Post Event Notification not working

Hello,
I had posted about this before, but thought that the issue was resolved. Turns out, it’s not.
I created an event, set the post event message for 1 day after, made sure the template was active and nothing. (I’ve followed this process and received the same results for a few events actually).
I went back to my old topic and realized that there was a question asked about whether pre-event notifications are sent out, and the answer is yes. We do pre-event notifications for all the events that I’ve had trouble with. The pre-event notfications go out just fine.
