Hello, I’ve followed the setup documentation on this page and created a event that would take place on August 6th. I registered myself as attendee on August 4th, but I did not received a email on August 5th (1 day before event will take place) that would remind me about the event. The only thing that I know of that could be the problem is that I cannot set the email template as active. Did I miss something in setting up the Automated Notification add-on? The other emails work perfectly fine, like signing up for the wait list. Thanks. |
