I’m trying to see if there’s a way to have EventEspresso auto-send an email to customers if an event’s date, time, or datetime for a class changes. There have been many instances where my client has had to cancel/change events due to inclement weather and they have to manually email the class attendees in order for them to be notified. It would be great if the customers were automatically sent an emailing notifying them of the changes made to the events.
While Event Espresso does not have a feature that will automatically send an email if there’s a change to an event date, they can use the Batch email feature to send out a notification about the time/date change.
