I guess you need to check with your developer of the application. The env package is already installed on the server, its just about how to hookup the mobile application with authorization code.
Also note that we are not using CGI or FCGI. Your server is set to use suPHP handler.

The app must work before Friday this week, because we have a event!
The reply in the prior topic advised to move to a server that allows the Authorization header. The Event Espresso plugin bundles in the Basic Auth plugin, this one:
So if the server admin can configure the server to allow the Basic Auth plugin to work on the server, then the apps will be able to connect to your site. See also:
