When someone registers for a FREE event the Attendees list is automatically updated, which works perfectly.
For PAID event a customer is able to register and pay for the event through WorldPay, which is working OK. The customer receives a confirmation email and e-ticket from us and a WorldPay confirmation of payment.
In ‘Event Overview’ – the Attendee list does not update, but shows a list of names. When I click on a name it shows ‘Payment Status’ as ‘Incomplete’. Do I have to manually log into my Worldly account to check payment has been received and then change the ‘Payment Status’ to ‘Completed’?
The payment response feature needs to be turned on as it is off by default.
