After someone registers I would like to redirect them to a form or something where the attendee could waive liability if we use their images etc.
Is this possible?

Hi Todd,
We generally recommend doing that BEFORE they register with something like this: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-require-attendees-to-agree-to-a-policy-before-being-allowed-to-register/
You could give them a message in their confirmation message to complete your form so they can still see the confirmation message that their registration was successful.
Or are you looking to redirect their browser?
