The attendee mover uses the WordPress REST API to fetch the list of classes. It appears your site is throwing a critical error with even the simplest REST API request. You’ll see what I mean if you go to your site’s home page, then add /wp-json/ to the URL and try to view that web page.
The first step to troubleshoot this is you go to your WordPress dashboard’s Tools > Site Health page. There you’ll likely see a message about the REST API not working as expected, and it may also include some additional troubleshooting information.
