Lately, when we transfer a (paid and approved) student from one event to another, the registration for that student becomes pending payment, and if we forget to untick the box for emails, the student gets an email that he/she should pay.
Is this is a recent bug or is it only on our installation?
Hmm, ok. I can reproduce this locally so I’m going to do a little more digging.
For the time being, you can set the send related messages option to No on the attendee mover and then update the registration after moving to Approved and trigger the messages at that point.
