Hi there, The attendee mover uses the WordPress REST API to pull in a list of your events, looking at your site if you go to If you check the servers error logs it should give you the error being thrown, can you add that here? (Note your host will usually have a section in your control panel to view PHP errors) |

That looks like an access log rather than the PHP error log. Ask if they log PHP errors on the server, if so you should be able to find an error for the above in that. Or, if they can enable WP_DEBUG on the site using this snippet: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug We can check for an error log from there. |
