Hello! I am unable to move attendees from one event to the other, as the button is missing under actions. We use this plugin in place of a waitlist feature, but now I’m unable to move our attendees from their “waitlists”. It was fine last week last we used it. I am running these versions:
EE4: 4.9.46p
Attendee Mover: 1.0.0.beta.000
The Change Event/Ticket Selection icon is in the legend at the bottom of the attendee list, but its button is missing from under Actions. When I do inspect element, the li tag for it is completely empty and sized at 0x16 (whereas all the other obviously have links, titles, icon code, and something more like 25×16).
I have deactivated all plugins that were updated recently to rule out conflict but none seemed to cause the issue.
Also – the wiki page for the plugin says at the top: “This add-on requires Event Espresso 4.9.13 or newer” but then at the bottom in troubleshooting says “Please first check that you have Event Espresso version 4.9.7 or greater installed.” I haven’t been prompted in WordPress to update from 4.9.46 yet so maybe that could be part of the problem?
Actually you’ll need to update the Attendee Mover to the official release because the beta version isn’t compatible with the newer versions of Event Espresso 4. A note about the versioning scheme for EE and its add-ons: The version numbers are not decimal values but rather {Major}.{Minor}.{Maintenance}, each number separated by a period. So for example right now 4.9.46 is the current release, and there have been 39 maintenance releases since 4.9.7.
Thank you so much, Josh! Really appreciate the swift help!
