Hi there!
We created a new event and added the ticket selector and attendee list shortcode to a new post. The attendee list shortcode is showing attendees from past events however. You can look at the post here:

None of those attendees listed have actually registered for this event. Any idea what might be going on?

Hi!
I think I know what is happening. Could you check that the event id parameter is setup?
Otherwise, it uses the attendees/registrants from the earliest active event.

[ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES event_id=”your_event_id”]
your_event_id is a numeric ID for your event and it can be found by looking at the ID column in the Events Overview screen in your WP Dashboard.

Sorry it has taken so long to respond. We were using the id parameter but for some reason it was still showing the wrong attendee list. We had the events set up in a template using “better posts templates” plugin, and so I thought there might be a caching issue going on. We removed the attendee list shortcode from the template, and since then the issue hasn’t repeated. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

Hi there. Bad news I’m afraid. It seems the promo code is still giving us problems. Even when using the right parameter, the attendee list is pulling people who haven’t registered for that particular event as well as the correct registrants. Has there been any other reports of this? Thanks!

Hi, I think you are referring to the event id parameter for the attendee list. The promotion / discount code isn’t related to that event id paramater.
What is the exact shortcode that you are using for this event?

Note that a missing quote is added to towards the end.
