Hi there, Thanks in advance. |
Hi there,
The ‘thank you’ page shown just after the registration has a link they can use to edit the attendee info, or if you mean so they can edit the details at a later date, it is also possible to include a link within the emails sent by EE that allows the user to edit the registrations. Do you allow group registrations or just singles?
EE can’t automatically assign the table numbers, but you can add an ‘admin only’ question that is only view-able within the admin so after the registration is made, the admin can edit that question and assign a seat number….
Yes, the above admin only question could be included on the ticket, will that work for you? |

Thanks Tony, |
Not if it’s an admin question, at least not without custom development. But, to confirm I follow what you want to do, where exactly do you want the table number output? Can you add a screenshot? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots |

Perfect solution would be to display it on event check-in list and also in the page where user can update its own information (table number wouldn’t be editable by user). |
Different users call various sections of EE by different names, often different to what we (support) would call them, so what is the ‘event check-in list’?
Then it couldn’t be an ‘admin only’ question, you could use a standard question and with some custom code disable that specific question on the registration form but then the admin could still edit the answer from within the admin. Are you comfortable with PHP and JS? |

The event check list is the tab marked in red. |
