I have just begun using Espresso over the past few months as I updated my website and built it in. I haven’t been able to access the registrants over the past 2 months so just opened them up in the App today (Espresso 4). When I opened them up there are registrations that are Approved and some that are Unapproved. Please explain this and help me fix this as I don’t want people that have been attempting to register not be able to register. How do I just have all approved registrants as a pathway in my Espresso account? How do I move the unapproved to approved — will forcing them to approve finalize them or what should I do? Is there a phone # that I can call to talk to a support person as that would be a much better customer service option for me.
Most of what you are asking for would not be available via phone support as we would need to see the details on the page.
