Hi
I am trying to set up my website that people signing up for a course automatically reserve a seat.
I have set the “Default Registration Status” to “approved” and tested but still there are all seats available.
Active payment methods are Invoice and Credit Card.
I want that no matter which method they choose, the seat is reserved for the person who signed up online (even if they haven’t yet paid the invoice).
How can I do that?

Hi there
Using a default registration status (DRS for short) of Approved should do what you are requesting.
Where are you setting the DRS?
Within the event settings or within default settings tab?
If you look at the registration you just made to test, what status does it currently have have? Pending Payment or Approved?
