the app is not working for the iphone ive tried on numerous devices.
please need help on how to resolve to being able to scan at show next weekend.

Can you add some details on what happened on the app?
Is there an error message shown?
What are you setting as the Website URL in the app?

on one phone it just opens and closes
and another on login in screen is logging in for a min then closes.

Hmm, ok so the app itself is crashing.
Which iPhones are you using and what iOS version are they running?

tried on 2 iphone 11 and tried and 3 different ipads (air, air 2 and mini)
and IOS is 14.8

Does it only happen after you’ve tried connecting to the site with the app at least once?
Can you send me temp login details so I can test the app on my end with your site? If so you can use this from:
