Hi there, Which version of the App are you using? When checking in a registrant, are you scanning a barcode and using that to check them in or manually, if scanning a barcode which mode are you using? Can you post the full steps to reproduce this, please? |

Hi Vicci, Thanks for resending. May I ask is there a specific event you’re having trouble with the checkins? The reason I ask is because I logged in with the app, tried a few different events and did some checkins (then later deleted the checkins) and I didn’t see any errors. |

Every event I try has the same error message. I tried deleting and then reinstalling the app. Thanks for trying Josh! |

Hi Vicci, Thanks for sending and I think we’ve gotten somewhere with troubleshooting this. When you fill out the log in form on the app, are you including the www. part of the URL when you input the site URL? If so, you’ll need to input the domain name only (don’t include the www. part of the site’s URL). This seems to be an issue with GoDaddy Managed Hosting because we have not seen this issue on other sites. |
