Anyone who purchases a ticket using event espresso still does not get their tickets. I am able to email them their tickets from my email, my woo commerce purchasers with aol get their confirmations. The problem is only with aol emails who purchase on event espresso.
Also, having a hard time setting up complimentary tickets. Is there a way to do this easily without coding?

Did you switch over to using a transactional email service mentioned in your previous thread on this?
Either AOL doesn’t like the content of the EE emails, or it doesn’t like whatever the current mail server is doing with those emails. Switching to a known good mail server removes the unknown of what the mailserver may be doing.

What problem are you running into?
You can manually add registrations within the admin and then set the registration status to Approved to add complimentary tickets.
To do that you go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.
At the top of the page you’ll see ‘Add new registration’.
Once you click that you’ll see a ticket selector you can use to add a registration to the event, is that what you are looking for?
