Hi, I know there are quite a few issues being reported around problems with several Themeforest Themes. Is there any nown ones with Circles? We haven’t yet committed to a Theme but were initialy considering the use of Circles, unless you would advice us not to.

That theme is not listed on our Known Conflicts page (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/known-third-party-plugin-theme-conflicts/) and I haven’t heard of any issues, but I have also not heard of anyone using the theme either.
Not all Themeforest themes are bad, in fact more are OK, it’s just we tend to see most of our theme related support queries emanating from Themeforest themes.
Our basic advice with any theme is to make sure that their support is active, and that the theme is regularly updated.

Hi Dean, that’s an excellent advice. Any specific theme builder or Themes you could say work flawlessly with EE4 and that you may want to share with me?

Hi Mario,
We generally don’t recommend specific themes as everyone’s taste and budget is different.
Generally, any theme that is well coded and coded to WordPress standards (i.e. they don’t de-register jQuery…) should work fine.
As such I would always suggest using one of the bigger, well known companies such as Woothemes, Elegant Themes, Themify, etc etc, though this is not to say that smaller theme foundries should be overlooked. Again it’s all about their support and underlying code.
