I am not sure about how this works. My plugin says “Needs Update”. Site key was NOT saved in plugin. Saved site key into plugin. Wouldn’t update. Bought another license. (Same site key). Added into plugin. Still won’t update.
Within your site are you using the key that ends ‘_FREE’?
If so that key is for EE4 Decaff and will not allow you to update EE4 Regular.
Your license key currently isn’t assigned to a domain, can you copy your license key from your account page (not the key ending _FREE) and then paste that into the license key field on your site.
Check for whitespace before and after the key, then hit save.
The icon should turn green and allow you to update.
