Sometimes the registration process is showing the following error though cache is disabled.

An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations

Hi,

When you say the cache has been disabled, was this a cache plugin? Sometimes they don’t fully disable, and need the cache clearing before deactivating them.

Also, is there any server level caching? Especially object caching as that often causes more intermittent issues. You can check this via your host.
