When attendees are trying to apply a promotion code, they are getting the following error “An error has occurred: Must provide source or customer. Any idea’s on how I can resolve his?

Hi there,
That error usually comes from Stripe when theres a JS error on the page, it seems strange to be from the promotions submit.
Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on?
Also do you have a promotion code I can use to test this?

Hi,
I checked your site and it looks like the active theme, Impreza, is throwing a script error on the checkout page. The error is likely interfering with the promo code submission.
If you preview another theme (go to Appearance → Customize → Change theme & preview) then try a registration and submit a promo code, does the error happen then?

I tried unsuccessfully to do that as I need to use a theme with wp bakery.

The error from your theme is from your ‘Wordshops’ nav manu anchor.
Is it expected that your anchor is #++?
#%20%20 is causing the error.

I’m not sure how that got there but I have corrected the anchor and it seems to be working now 🙂
