We are using Event Expresso Version 4.10.2.p
When clicking on the “Proceed To Payments” button ([ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT])
and filling out the PayPal form the user gets an error on his 4 digit security code. He states that he keyed it in properly several times and gets the same error.
As most security codes are 3 digits does anything have to be done to handle a 4 digit code?
Also, can the email text box in our account contain more than 1 address?

A 4 digit security code should be fine. May I ask which PayPal Payment method are we talking about? PayPal Pro, Express, Express with Smart buttons, PayPal Standard, or PayFlow Pro?
I want to make sure we are all on the same page. Can you log into your WordPress site’s Dashboard, then look for the Event Espresso menu in the admin. There should be a “Payment Methods” link there that you’ll click. On that page, which PayPal payment method has the green cog? (which means it’s activated)
