All of my registrations for classes are completely gone. Past AND upcoming! What do I do??? |

Hi there, Those details are all stored in the database, have you recently made any changes to the database? There’s a section in Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> ‘Reset/Delete Data’ Have you clicked any of those buttons recently? Do not click them now as they wipe the EE tables from the DB. |

Thank you so much for the response! Our site did crash last week. GoDaddy fixed it, but I don’t think they messed with the registrations and we only backed the site up to two days before… |

Hi there, It looks like you recently updated Event Espresso. Is that correct? Did you make sure to update to the latest version of WordPress as well? |

Do you happen to know why the site crashed last week? Regarding backups, you will need to reach out to GoDaddy, as they should have access to any backups. |

We don’t keep backups of your data, its all on your server and we don’t have any access to it at all. The only time we have access to your server is if you purchase a support token and request w work on the site, at that point we would request temporary login details to log in.
Sounds like they did, but we don’t have enough details to be sure. Who has the database backup from 2 days before? you? |

Hi TCAR, As a preventive measure for the future, you can subscribe to a service like VaultPress and your site’s data will not only be backed up at least once daily, the backups are very easy to restore to. |

Solved!!! GoDaddy did a restore of the site last week but only restored either the database or the files, but not both :/ Thank you both for your quick responses to my question earlier though. I appreciate it! |
