Administrator making payment for delegate

Sometimes a delegate will register but then call up wanting to pay by card over the telephone (not online). What’s the best way for the administrator to pay by Stripe on the person’s behalf?

Hi,

If Stripe doesn’t have a way to do it via their website, then probably the easiest way is:

1) Find the pending transaction in the transactions list
2) Click the View Transaction Receipt icon
3) Scroll to Payments section and click Please make a payment
4) Process the payment via the normal website procedure
