Admin to receive email copy of Invoice generated through Invoice Method Payment

When a client generates an Invoice Method Payment Option Pdf we would like the admin to receive a copy of this information. When using the Invoice Method Payment Option, it appears that no emails are triggered to either client or admin until a payment is made. Is it possible to have the details of the Invoice relayed to admin at the time of Invoice creation?

Could there be an option to email the Invoice template to both Recipient and Admin?
