When adding a new question, it still has a link to a previous question, also when adding three attendees the third attendee form to fill out all fields have the same link (terms and conditions”)

You can see this by going to “corkandboardstudios-dev.com” use the Auguest 1st class and add three people.

Hi,

May I ask did you remove the old question? I’m not able to check the page you linked to because there’s an error related to too many redirects.

no , we receive this same error time to time, even just going to the home page.

It sounds like you’ll need to remove the old question, and remove the redirects to the user-account page.

I’m afraid I cannot see the questions, I see this instead:

Please let us know when you get the redirects issue sorted out, then we can look into your question about the questions.

We dont know what is causing this?, We no longer are seeing this issue.
Could this be EE related?

This could not be EE related. Usually “too many redirects” is caused by a server/redirection mis-configuration. You’ll find some information about how to fix here:

and here:

That’s better I can see the page now!

So this looks like there’s an un-closed <a> tag within the terms and conditions question. If you go in to edit that question, it may look like this:

I agree to the <a href="http://corkandboardstudios-dev.com/?page_id=3"> policies and terms of use

You’ll fix this by adding a closing </a> tag, like this:

I agree to the <a href="http://corkandboardstudios-dev.com/?page_id=3"> policies and terms of use</a>
