Adding contact details to Approved email (EE4)

Hi,

How do I add contact details (ie. Email, Phone, Address) to the Registration Approved email, to be sent to the attendee?

Hi,

Go to Messages, and click the Attendee link under the Registration Approved message type (it’s in the Messenger column).

Once there, you can add your content to the Main Content section. This can either be by hand or making use of the available shortcodes (on the right, look for the shortcodes which are valid for Content).

Don’t forget to save to keep your changes.

Hi,

I need to add the attendee’s contact in the email.
Which one of the shortcodes inserts the attendee’s contact details?

Ok, I see. Well you would need to use the [ANSWER_*] shortcode in the Attendee List section.

Please note this is currently bugged and we are working on a fix for it.

For when it is working correctly, you would use it like so:

If your question is called “Contact Telephone Number”, you would use the follwoing in the Attendee List section of the email:

[ANSWER_*Contact Telephone Number]

That will display the attendees answer to that question.
