A while ago I wrote in about an ‘Add to Calendar’ shortcode for registrant emails. You kindly replied in this post: https://eventespresso.com/topic/add-to-calendar-in-email-templates/. Unfortunately, this shortcode is only working when I send test emails through the backend, and is not working when I complete a purchase. I have it added within [DATETIME_LIST] block of the the Registration Approved template for both Primary Registrant and Registration.
Could you please offer any assistance in getting this working?
Thank you for your help! I did not realize that when you click ‘Create New Custom’ from the notifications section of the event edit screen that it does not automatically assign the new template to the event, and you have to then select the template from the dropdown. So, I wasn’t seeing the proper template in my testing. It’s working now, thanks!
