I’m creating a dance competition with 14 possible events for each dancer, teacher or parent to buy tickets for. Currently I have EE set up to pick an event (banquet dinner for example) and buy X amount of tickets for that event THEN go in and apply the attendee name.
Is there a way to create a dancer/attendee accounts, ie. Sara, Mike & Lucy Jones. Then Sara (mom) can select from a list of events she can sign up for, ie banquet, parent workshop, event general admission. Then sign her kids, Mike & Lucy, up for their different events.
The thought behind this is that it’s easier to keep track of multiple registrations when you think through each person. Like, “Ok, I need to sign Lucy up for x,y,z. Mike gets w,y,m,q and I (mom) need x,m,a,b.
I’m afraid Event Espresso does not have this feature set. The closest feature would be the Multi Event Registration add-on where they can add events to the cart, then fill out the attendee forms for each person.
