I have added a custom field to the registration form to request a person’s company. How to I then add this custom field to emails/invoices/receipts. I’ve added fields to emails/invoices/receipt before but the custom field I’ve created doesn’t appear in the list of available fields.
Depending on where you are adding the shortcode it will be either:
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Test Question]
or
[ANSWER_*Test Question]
The text after the * mus match you question test field for your custom question exactly for this to work. So in my example the custom question would have been ‘Test Question’
