Hi!
I tried to add a person to a sold out event that had available spaces on the wait list but the admin screen didn’t allowed it because the event was sold out. I had to change the spaces available, add it, move it to the wait list and then change the number of spaces again.
Is there another way to do this or can you improve this behavior?

Hi Pedro,
Currently, the admin doesn’t allow you to add waitlist registration, ou would need to open the front end link for the event and add the waitlist registration in the same way a normal user would.

Hi!
Thank you very much for you reply.
The downside of your suggestion is the impossibility to prevent the related messages being sent.
This was a special situation and I don’t expect to have to repeat it again soon so, I’ll manage it with the available options.
