Hi, How i can add static attachment to ticket notice template its just static file pdf for every ticket |
Hi there, EE doesn’t support attachments within the emails, however you can link to the PDF from within the email. For example you can use the media uploader to add the PDF to your site, then copy the URL field – http://take.ms/zTuH2 (I’m using an image but it doesn’t matter what the file type is for this example) Then in the ticket notice add that link – http://take.ms/resBt The ‘HERE’ link was just created using the standard link button on the editor. Will that work? |

None that I know of, as mentioned EE doesn’t support attachments within the emails at this time. I’ll check with one of our developers to confirm. |

In the event for exmple when someone buy 5 tkt from event with qty 50 after if someone else by 50 tkt passed |

Ok, so only registrations with a status of ‘Approved’ count towards the ‘Sold’ value so what status do your registrations currently have? Are you using an online (PayPal, Stripe, Auth.net for example) or offline payment method (Invoice, Check etc)? |
