Hi,

How i can add static attachment to ticket notice template its just static file pdf for every ticket

Hi there,

EE doesn’t support attachments within the emails, however you can link to the PDF from within the email.

For example you can use the media uploader to add the PDF to your site, then copy the URL field – http://take.ms/zTuH2

(I’m using an image but it doesn’t matter what the file type is for this example)

Then in the ticket notice add that link – http://take.ms/resBt

The ‘HERE’ link was just created using the standard link button on the editor.

Will that work?

Yes this good but me i need file attachments not link can help me for exmple i can addfilter in function when ticket notice send i add the file attachments ?

None that I know of, as mentioned EE doesn’t support attachments within the emails at this time.

I’ll check with one of our developers to confirm.

Ok Thx but i have one anther problem when some one but ticket it’s not save in dashboard tkt sold still 0

In the event for exmple when someone buy 5 tkt from event with qty 50 after if someone else by 50 tkt passed

limit tkt not work i can bay 50 tkt and after i bay 50 tkt from the same tkt ,the rsvrd and sold it every time equal 0

Ok, so only registrations with a status of ‘Approved’ count towards the ‘Sold’ value so what status do your registrations currently have?

Are you using an online (PayPal, Stripe, Auth.net for example) or offline payment method (Invoice, Check etc)?
