Where do i set or add another email to receive notifications from registration forms?

Hi there,

IN EE3 you can do that using the ‘CC Email Address (optional)’ option within the event settings – http://take.ms/BPP6T

The email address input into that field will also receive the admin emails for that event along with the Primary Contact Email.
