I have reviewed many of the forums that address this issue. None of the solutions have solved our issue. |

Do you have any screenshots? |

Hi there, For screenshots, you need to host the image and post a link here. SWe have some examples here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots The section we need is the ‘Event Tickets & Datetimes’ section. |

Hello, |

Hi there, Can you try using the New Editor? Go to Event Espresso > Default Settings > Activate Advanced Editor: https://www.screencast.com/t/QJnXyRvGazBE Set that option to Advanced Editor and save the settings page. Then please try assigning again. |
|
i think it is the link of the screenshot that I am trying to send. |

I am sorry..I have messed with this event so much that I have no idea what I did or didn’t do. Can you provide me the basic instructions to delete a date time and add a date time when an event is locked? thank you very much! |
|
The new editor is necessary to support the complexities and loads of Recurring Events. Sorry to push, but to clarify…those two registration… did they buy a ticket that has access to multiple dates, is that what you’re saying? OR are you saying you have two tickets with associations multiple datetimes that should just have an association with one datetime? If you are referring to two tickets with access to multiple datetimes, when you only want one, you can edit the ticket assignments by editing the datetime or the ticket. If necessary show the trashed and/or expired tickets too. |

Hello, Question: does the new text editor lock the date/time when you have a registration? I didn’t see a lock indicator. This may solve my issues. |
|
After someone registers for a non-free ticket, Event Espresso has always locked the ticket for editing the price. That helps to keep the accounting accurate (amounts paid, amounts due, etc.). |
