setting up another paypal payment method – havent entered API details correctly and no spaces at start/end – double checked this! When i goto save the error is Your PayPal API credentials appear to be invalid. PayPal said “Account is restricted (10002)”. Please see tips below.
any ideas please?

I’ll add this here as we’ve had a few users try to use the wrong credentials previously, so although I’ve mention you’ve already double checked this you might want to go over the steps here:
Just a stab in the dark here, but I realised I didn’t confirm if you have a business/premier account with PayPal, you’ll need to update your account if you are trying to use a PayPal Personal account.
(Tbh I can’t remember if the credentials would even show up on a Personal account, but PayPal Sandbox accounts are often inconsistent with live accounts so I can’t test this without creating a new live account)
