Through a series of unfortunate events, an account that was recently created by the company that I am an employee of was set up with the wrong email. This causes a problem as we have no access to it to fix the issue. We were purchasing the personal license and it is hooked to that account. We went through all the registration setup and billing information pages but hen we try to sign in it fails. We know the username is correct because of the conformation when we use it in the “Forgot your password” portion. The email fails leading to the speculation that an incorrect email was set up. Is there any support that can fix the issue, because we do not want to pay for an account license that we can’t even use.
Thank you so much for such a quick response. So I would email sales@eventespresso.com to attempt to resolve the issue? I am not 100% sure if that is the email you recommended or if it was through another support email that is posted somewhere on the site. if so, I would describe the situation to them and give all the information I have available? sorry about repeating the things you suggested, I’m just double checking for accuracy reasons. We want to get this resolved as quick as possible.
